Ibiza Yoga Retreats Benirras
Our newest venue, situated in the heart of Benirras, is only a short walk from the truly beautiful Benirras beach, which benefits from 4 different restaurants, water sports and markets. We even have use of our own private beach hut with a shaded outdoor seating area overlooking the beautiful clear waters.
Benirras beach has a very relaxed and laid-back vibe, and is very popular with the locals. Every Sunday the beach hosts the famous 'drumming down the sun' event in which tourists from all over the island congregate to watch the amazing sunsets over the Mediterranean sea, which reflects the spiritual nature of this unique location.
Restaurants at Benirras
Elements Ibiza Beach Restaurant

The place to be to feel the Ibizan chilled-out vibes.
Good food combined with ambient music makes this restaurant / bar the epitome of Ibiza chill - with great views and a great 'people watching spot, or just ta fantastic place to watch the world go by (perhaps with with a cocktail or two if you are in the mood!).

Restaurante Roca Y Mar

A more traditional beach bar / restaurant, a little easier on the wallet than Elements, with a fantastic location at the back of Benirras beach - a great place to see the full glory of the wonderful Benirras sunsets. Simple uncomplicated food in a lovely setting.

Restaurant 2000

Tucked away in the corner of the beach lies this restaurant/ bar specialising in fresh seafood, with a particular specialty of traditional Spanish Paella.

Pizzeria

This small pizzeria does one thing - pizza, but it does it well and is reasonably priced too. You could b forgiven for thinking this is part of Elements, situated right next door to it - but it is a separate 'cash-only' eatery which is well worth a visit, and benefits from the same greta views (and music) as Elements. Possibly the best pizza on the planet, a weekly must for our staff night off!!

Sundays at Benirras
This is an experience you have to have at least once!
Every Sunday during the Summer, drummers
descend on to Benirras Beach in a ritual called 'drumming down the sun'. Started in around 1991 as a peaceful protest against the Gulf War,
then known as 'the Day of the Drums', it then turned into an annual
event attracting thousands of peace lovers and hippies expressing love and peace. Albeit the authorities banned it in it's then form, the remnants of the drumming down the sun ritual lives on strong every Sunday in Benirras, and still attracts a large crowd to enjoy the spectacle.
On the breeze, you can hear the drumming and as you work your way through the spectators you see the drummers truly in the moment, which leads to a unique atmosphere complementing the ethereal Sunset.
The event attracts people from all walks of life, with all colours, creeds and nationalities coming together to share with the true hippy culture of Ibiza in an amazing setting. One not to miss!
