This stunning and secluded location offers a range of different ensuite accommodation options, ranging from shared room dormitories, twin / triple rooms to private doubles, sleeping up to 31 guests in the main house and an additional 6 guests in the adjacent cottage (additional costing for cottage).

Our spacious rooms throughout the house provide ample opportunity to sit and read or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. All rooms are fitted with luxury Hypnos mattresses to ensure a good nights sleep.

Our Coniston venue is a short walk to Coniston waters, with footpath access. Guests can enjoy wild water swimming and a guided paddle boarding session provided by an external provider.

Coppermines – sleeps 2 - 1 super king (or two singles)

Windermere – sleeps 3 - 1 super king (or two singles) with additional single bed

Low Water Suite – sleeps 4 - 1 super king (or two singles) in one room and 1 set of full size bunk
beds in adjoining room

Wetherlam – sleeps 2 - 1 super king (or two singles)

Tarn Hows – sleeps 4 - 1 super king (or two singles) and 2 sets of full size bunk beds

Coniston – sleeps 4 - 1 super king (or two singles) and 1 sets of full size bunk beds

Grizedale – (disabled access on ground floor) sleeps 8 - 3 sets of full
size bunk beds - suitable for staff.

Cottage - Sleeps 6 - 1 double ensuite, 1 twin with shared bathroom, 1 bunk bed room with shared bathroom. (additional costing)

Yoga Spaces

We have two separate yoga spaces available at our Coniston venue. The dining room can comfortably fit up to 20 students and the Annexe up to 16 students.
