Wilderness Yoga Retreat

Combining everything we love in life, and everything the Lakes has in abundance...yoga, hikes, wild swimming and paddle boarding, we bring you our Wilderness Yoga Retreats.

These retreats, lead by Madeline Diaz Meiners and Kate Tilttley, have a super laid back approach, with fun and laughter being at the top of our agenda.

Our weekend retreat programme has been designed to ensure you get a chance to experience everything that a weekend in the Lakes has to offer. On our Wilderness Yoga Retreats you will have several opportunities to connect with the elements through activities like paddleboarding, wild swims and guided hikes.

Furthermore, Ananda's location perfectly illustrates Coniston's natural beauty, surrounded by vegetation and serenaded by birdsong. It is impossible not to be soothed by the nature that surrounds us!

Food is our passion, and our dining experiences will nourish on all levels. Our ethos is to provide healthy, nutrient-rich, plant-based meals to fuel and energise the body.

With our onsite therapists at hand, you're able to find that much deserved time to add an extra layer of indulgence to your weekend retreat experience.
