Vinyasa Flow with Adrienne Le Coure

This week features the healing practices of gentle flow, restorative yoga and guided meditation. Our morning vinyasa practices will use gracefully sequenced movement designed to build heat, purify and strengthen the body and breath.

Our evening practices dissolve into gentle flows and restorative postures. We will utilize calming pranayama practices and guided meditation to unwind completely. We will systematically weave our way through the body, focusing on a different muscle group everyday and closing by bringing it all together in a balanced practice.
