Join Ananda Yoga Retreats for this Vinyasa Flow and Restoratives retreat taught by Helen Martland.

Helen teaching style uses mindful movement to create space and freedom in the body. Through this freedom we can find creative expression and tap into our own truth. Liberation comes through practice.

Each morning we will wake up by building a layered Dynamic flowing practice which will ground, uplift and build heat.. Tap into all of the elements within and all of your senses as we work into the body, ground down, find lightness, fluidity and become present in that ‘flow state’, we will work into some pranayama and meditation to close our morning practice each day.

In the evenings we will reconnect for a more relaxed style practice in which Helen will share mobility and tension releasing practices to bring balance back to the body, reset and release. We will tap into lots of practices to release tension, joint TLC, somatic movement, breathwork and guided relaxation.......

The total cost of this 6 day retreat starts from £860 depending on accommodation options, ( see below ) this can be paid either by back transfer or card payment over the phone. Our large master, front-facing, bedroom with en suite and large outdoor balcony / seating area has exceptional views with 3 large floor to ceiling patio doors. Fitted with air conditioning, this room can be enjoyed as a large double, twin or triple. Wake up to some amazing vistas every morning in this room!

Our room 2 located on the second floor with window views looking out to the pool area, with fitted en suite and air conditioning. It can be  enjoyed as a double or twin room.

Located on the ground floor leading off the large dining room, this front-facing room has  doors leading out to the front of the house with stunning views of the hills. This room comes with a shower room / toilet located off the kitchen and sleeps three people.

What is included

5 nights full board in shared accommodation (private rooms are available at extra cost);

6 days practice - consisting of 3 hour daily workshops, combining breathing (pranayama), asana and mediation, and lighter evening Yin, Restorative / Meditation / Yoga Nidra;

All drinks and meals at the villa (locally grown, seasonal and nutritious and cooked in house) including:

Fresh juices and /or smoothies, teas, infusions, filtered water, drinks during meals;
