Our April Wilderness Yoga retreat set by the tranquil waters of Lake Coniston in Cumbria combines the uplighting practices of Vinyasa Yoga, with the soothing gentle practices of Yin Yoga meditation, cealed with Sound Healing ( Crystal Bowls and Gong Sound baths) with Ananda's teachers, Madeline Diaz Meiners and Andrea Everingham.
