Kickasana Yoga Retreat - UK Coniston, Lake District

Teachers of Ananda Yoga Retreats, Madeline Diaz Meiners, Andrea Everingham and Rachel Walsh will collaborate to bring our very first retreat of its kind, blending the practices of Jivamukti, Rocket and Mandala Vinyasa with evening restoratives and Yin.

Our weekend retreat programme, set on the tranquil waters of Lake Coniston, has been designed to ensure a next level experience that will leave you feeling healed and nourished, physically, mentally and emotionally.

FRIDAY

Check in 4pm – Free time to settle and explore

Evening Session 6 – 8pm

Evening meal – 8pm

SATURDAY

Breakfast 7am - 8am - Tea & coffee, energy balls and fruit

Morning practice 8am - 11am 

Brunch 11.30am

Guided open water swimming / paddle boarding / free time to explore ( paddle boarding and guided open water at an additional cost )

Afternoon practice 4.30 - 6.30pm

Evening Meal 7pm

Breakfast 7am - 8am - Tea & coffee, energy balls and fruit

Morning practice 8am - 11am

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS

To compliment our our offerings, we are offering extra activies with a local company based on Lake Coniston. These included guided open water swimming and paddle boarding sessions. 

We also offer massages and treatments with our on site therapist.

Tickets can be purchased below and paid in full OR split into two payments.... please choose the deposit payment if this is your preference. Rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis.
