By booking a place on any teacher training course, workshop, retreat or educational programme operated by the Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  1. BOOKING YOUR PLACE

A completed booking form and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your place on the training.

Your booking is not confirmed until written confirmation has been issued by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking application at its sole discretion.

  1. DEPOSIT

The deposit secures your place on the training and forms part of the overall training fee.

  1. PAYMENT OF BALANCE

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than three (3) months prior to the training start date.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and your place being offered to another participant.

The Company reserves the right to retain all monies paid where the balance is not paid by the stated deadline.

  1. CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

If cancellation is received more than three (3) months prior to the training start date, any payments made in excess of the deposit will be refunded.

Should a participant choose not to attend, leave early, miss sessions or fail to complete the training for any reason, no refund or credit will be provided.

At the Company’s sole discretion, a transfer to a future training, credit note or partial refund may be offered if the participant’s place can be successfully resold. This is not guaranteed and remains entirely at the discretion of the Company.

  1. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

The Company reserves the right to cancel a training due to insufficient participant numbers, instructor illness, force majeure, venue issues or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

In the event that the Company cancels a training, all monies paid directly to the Company will be refunded in full.

The Company’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to the Company.

The Company shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to flights, airport transfers, accommodation booked independently, travel insurance, loss of earnings, visa costs, currency fluctuations or any other consequential losses.

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation or refund.

  1. CERTIFICATION

Certificates will only be awarded to participants who successfully complete all attendance requirements, assessments and course criteria where applicable.

The Company’s decision regarding certification is final.

  1. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Participants are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
