New Year Retreat

Our weekend retreat program is crafted to provide an elevated experience that will rejuvenate and nourish you physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Our January retreat, located by the serene Lake Coniston in Cumbria, will concentrate on the element of water. This element, linked to the winter season, represents a time for rest and rejuvenation. Water, connected to the kidneys and bladder, embodies both life and death, symbolizing the groundwork for new beginnings. Without this "dead of winter," there would be no life to emerge in spring.

Every yoga session is thoughtfully crafted to promote fluidity in both body and breath. By engaging in movement and revitalizing breathing exercises, we aim to release stagnant energies, clear energy blockages, and foster balance and harmony. Each session incorporates mindfulness techniques, stress reduction strategies, and deep relaxation methods. Our practices are designed to accommodate all levels and are specifically tailored to the participants present.
