Kate Tittley began practicing Yoga on a hangover back in 2012. Initially she hated it, and yet could not stop returning to her mat. Thus a love affair was born, and she credits her practice as the thing that kept her sane(ish) throughout her tenure working in Manchester’s bustling hospitality scene.
In 2017 Kate retired her bar blade and undertook her first of many teacher trainings and has not looked back. She believes that the relationship we build with ourselves through personal practice gives us far more autonomy over our experiences, moving us into a more empowered mindset – know yourself, own yourself, feel good!
Initially undertaking her 200hr Vinyasa YTT with Andrea Everingham, she has since trained in Mandala, Rocket, Yin and Tripsichore with The Yoga People, and was fortunate enough assisted on their Mandala TT in Goa (2020).
However you’re feeling, however you perceive your fitness, her upbeat classes and silliness will leave you feeling refreshed, revived, and a little better about being you.
